A Letter From My Future Self
I'm writing to you from the other side of what
once felt unimaginable.
I remember how carefully you tried to trust.
How much courage it took to keep
softening instead of bracing.
How ofter you chose listening over forcing,
even when you didn't know where it would lead.
And now, as I look back,
I can say this with absolute honesty:
I would never have thought
all this could have been possible.
Not because it was dramatic or perfect -
but because life met you in ways
your mind could never have planned.
the places that once felt stuck loosened on their own.
support arrived quietly.
your voice found it's way -
not through struggle, but through ease.
what mattered most was not what you achieved,
but how deeply you learned to let yourself be carried.
you didn't become someone else.
you didn't fix yourself.
you simply stopped arguing with what wanted to unfold.
and somehow, in that letting go, everything changed.
i want you to know this:
nothing was wasted.
every breath you trusted, every pause you honoured,
every time you chose gentleness - it all mattered.
you were never behind.
you were never doing it wrong.
you were always on your way here.
With So Much Love And quiet gratitude
"A Letter From my future self"
